Ideal para profesionales de la cocina, esta Sartén Antiadherente de Inducción de Aluminio Fundido con una capacidad de 1,8 litros, una altura de 45 mm y un diámetro de 280 mm es perfecta para cocinar a fuego lento y recalentar. El aluminio muy grueso permite una distribución rápida y uniforme del calor, tanto en el fondo como en los lados, sin sobrecalentarse en ningún momento. El mango de acero inoxidable epoxi fijado con remaches es extremadamente resistente. Adecuada para todas las fuentes de calor, incluida la inducción.
