Ideal para profesionales de la restauración, esta Plancha es reversible. La placa cocida en el horno le dará un acabado antiadherente y ayudará a preservar los sabores. 2 caras utilizables, una con estrías y la otra lisa, ideales para cocinar todo tipo de alimentos de diferentes maneras. Atención: para evitar la oxidación, es indispensable una "culotte" (aceitar el producto con un pincel y hornearlo durante 1 hora a 200°C).
