Esta Placa de Inducción Profesional IKF 72-2Z es ideal para profesionales de la restauración. Está compuesta por 4 zonas de cocción distintas, pero también es posible utilizar las dos grandes zonas de inducción con ollas o sartenes de diferentes formas y tamaños. Además, cuenta con 9 niveles de potencia y 9 niveles de temperatura.

También cuenta con un temporizador programable de 0 a 99 minutos. Además, tiene diversas opciones como el reconocimiento de la olla, la función de pausa, protección contra sobrecalentamiento y apagado automático. Para una seguridad óptima, está equipada con un bloqueo de seguridad y un indicador luminoso para las funciones de encendido/apagado, potencia, temperatura y duración.

Hecha de aluminio y plástico, tiene una superficie de cocción de SCHOTT CERAN®. Lista para ser montada, cuenta con una pantalla digital y un control electrónico y táctil.

Esta placa de cocción montada para una alimentación de 400 V, es conmutable. Tiene un total de 7200 W distribuidos en 4 zonas. Cada quemador es conmutable por 2 en una gran superficie. Uno tiene una potencia de 4000 W y el otro de 3000 W.
